Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

However, in the unlikely event that something goes wrong, we’re here to help—within a fair and transparent framework that protects both our customers and the integrity of our products.
Final Sale Policy
All products purchased from VaYou are considered final sale and are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases where an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons such as a change of mind, personal dislike of texture, fragrance, or individual product response. These are natural and subjective variations in skincare, and we encourage you to reach out to our team for guidance before purchase, if unsure.
Damage or Quality-Related Issues
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you've received the wrong item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. You can email us info@vayou.co.in or message us on WhatsApp at +91 97022 91560 (Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 6 PM IST). Please include your order number along with a mandatory unboxing video of the item's condition.
Each concern is reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and we will do our best to offer a resolution that is fair and timely. If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original source of payment for prepaid orders. In the case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will require your bank account details to process the refund via bank transfer. Please note, shipping charges are non-refundable.
Minor Damages & Leakage
In cases where a product is received with minor leakage or superficial damage that does not affect its performance or efficacy, VaYou may, at its sole discretion, issue a partial refund or a discount coupon as a gesture of goodwill. Please note that an unboxing video is mandatory to assess and validate such claims. Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method for prepaid orders, or via bank transfer for COD orders, upon submission of valid account details.
Conditions for Replacements
Replacements, if approved, will only be issued under the following conditions:
The product is unused, unopened, and returned in original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.
The serial number and/or batch code on the packaging has not been tampered with.
The request meets the applicable reporting timeline (24 hours for damage, 7 days for quality issues).
All returns and replacements are subject to inspection and approval by our quality team.
VaYou reserves the sole right to approve or deny a return or replacement request based on the nature of the issue and evidence provided.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of order placement, provided they haven’t been dispatched. Prepaid cancellations made within this timeframe will be refunded to your original payment method within 24–48 business hours. Orders cancelled after dispatch will not be eligible for a refund.
VaYou reserves the right to decline transactions or delay refunds for up to 3–6 months in cases where a user has a history of suspicious activity, such as repeated cancellations of bulk or high-volume orders.
Please note: Gift cards, free samples, and promotional offers are not eligible for cancellation or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain the safety and hygiene of our clean beauty products, we do not accept returns for:
Used or opened products
Items returned without original packaging or invoice
Free gifts or trial samples
Products with damaged or missing serial codes
Orders reported beyond the return window
Damage caused due to improper use or storage, post-delivery

VaYou is not liable for any damages, delays, or disputes arising from the use of third-party services, including shipping partners, payment gateways, or external resellers. We encourage all customers to purchase VaYou products exclusively through our official website or authorised retailers.
